You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for account security, credential confidentiality, and activity under your account.
You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Drape Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services for you.
Except for your content, all rights in the Services, including software, models, designs, and branding, are owned by Drape Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws.
Some outputs are generated by machine learning systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
We rely on third-party infrastructure and integrations (for example hosting, scheduling, payment, analytics, or model providers). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, including for maintenance, reliability, legal, or product reasons.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for users, Drape Labs, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drape Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drape Labs' total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
