These Terms apply specifically to Drape Wardrobe and supplement the Drape Labs Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these product terms control for Drape Wardrobe use.
Drape Wardrobe provides AI-assisted wardrobe tagging, outfit suggestions, and virtual try-on experiences. Features may evolve, be experimental, or be provided in beta form.
You agree to use Drape Wardrobe lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
You keep ownership of content you upload (including garment images and metadata). You grant Drape Labs a limited license to process that content only to provide and improve Drape Wardrobe.
Outfit scores, recommendations, and generated images are algorithmic outputs and may contain errors or stylistic mismatches. Style assessments are inherently subjective and may differ between users.
AI outputs are provided for informational and creative assistance only, and are not guaranteed, definitive, or binding decisions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any photo or content used in Drape Wardrobe, including third-party or identifiable-person images.
If you use another person's image without authorization, all resulting legal responsibility and claims remain with you, not Drape Labs.
To protect reliability, we may apply request limits (including per-IP limits), queueing, or temporary restrictions. We may change, pause, or retire features at any time.
If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Beta or early-access features may be unstable and are provided without service-level guarantees.
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, misuse, legal risk, or security concerns. You may stop using Drape Wardrobe at any time.
Drape Wardrobe is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drape Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drape Labs' aggregate liability relating to Drape Wardrobe will not exceed the amount you paid for Drape Wardrobe in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
