This Privacy Policy applies to Drape Labs LTD websites, waitlist forms, and product experiences (collectively, the "Services"). It explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We do not sell personal data and we do not operate ad-tracking networks.
Where applicable, we process data under one or more legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and service reliability), legal obligations, and consent where required.
We share data only with infrastructure and service providers needed to run Drape Labs, such as hosting, database, scheduling, and AI processing providers. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including security, legal, and operational requirements. Retention periods can differ by data type and product feature.
