These terms apply specifically to Drape Seller AI and supplement the Drape Labs Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these product terms control for Drape Seller use.
Drape Seller provides AI-assisted listing copy generation, listing media revision, dynamic listing pages, and engagement analytics for seller workflows.
You may not use Drape Seller to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. You must not bypass limits, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform integrity.
AI-generated listing text, visual revisions, and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or publishing.
Drape Seller provides assistance tools, not legal, compliance, valuation, or financial advice.
Engagement metrics are directional signals and may vary due to devices, blockers, network conditions, and attribution limitations. They should be interpreted as operational guidance rather than guaranteed outcomes.
We may apply usage limits, rate limits, temporary restrictions, maintenance windows, or plan-based capacity controls to maintain reliability and safety.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal risk, security threats, or misuse of the service.
Drape Seller is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Drape Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drape Labs' aggregate liability relating to Drape Seller will not exceed amounts paid for Drape Seller in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
