Data We Process for Drape Seller

• Account or waitlist data: email, signup timestamp, and anti-abuse signals.
• Listing input data: titles, descriptions, specs, location details, pricing details, and seller notes.
• Media files: listing photos and related uploaded assets used for AI revision workflows.
• Customer engagement signals: page views, dwell time, section interactions, and CTA click events.
• Operational logs: IP address, device metadata, request timestamps, and error diagnostics.

How We Use Data

• Generate and improve listing copy and page structure.
• Process and enhance uploaded listing photos.
• Provide analytics and AI recommendations to sellers.
• Prevent abuse, spam, scraping, and service misuse.
• Communicate onboarding, waitlist, and service updates.

AI Processing and Output

Drape Seller uses AI providers to generate listing text, revise images, and produce optimization advice. We share only data needed to run requested product features.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may require review before publication. You are responsible for validating listing accuracy before sharing with customers.

Data Sharing

We share data with processors necessary to operate Drape Seller, including hosting, storage, analytics, scheduling, and AI inference providers. These processors are contractually or operationally limited to service delivery purposes.

Retention

We retain listing and analytics data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
