This policy explains privacy practices specific to Drape Wardrobe. It supplements the Drape Labs Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, this product policy controls for Drape Wardrobe features.
Drape Wardrobe uses trusted AI providers to process product inputs and generate outfit intelligence and try-on outputs. Data sent to AI systems is limited to what is needed to run the requested feature.
We do not describe AI outputs as guaranteed facts. AI results are probabilistic and may vary by context, preferences, or prompt conditions.
We do not sell your wardrobe data or use it for advertising profiles.
We apply encryption controls for user data in transit and at rest through our platform and infrastructure stack. Waitlist and product records are stored on managed cloud services.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver the service, keep the product secure and reliable, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Some Drape Wardrobe features can use contextual signals such as weather, location, date, and time to improve recommendations. These signals are used only when you choose features that require them.
If you submit feedback in the app, we may use that information to troubleshoot issues, improve recommendation quality, and prioritize product improvements.
Feedback is reviewed by our team and may be combined with technical diagnostics for reliability analysis.
You can request access, deletion, or correction of personal data linked to your account email. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
